“I was looking to get a personalised SAK for my sons 18th. First choice was looking on the actual Victotinox website, but I then found 2 other uk sites that offered the SAK I wanted with personalisation. I did Um an arr for a couple of days but decided to go with this website. I also decided to order a SAK ranger in green. Order placed and within a few days it arrived. Unfortunately on opening it they had personalised the green ranger and not the red huntsman. Order clearly stated requirements. I searched their website and found the number but as it was before 10am I needed to wait a bit. Around 10:30 I called and within 2 rings it was answered. They were more than apologetic, helpful and friendly and offered to sort the problem ASAP. Any way to cut this long story short, 2 days later I had the correct order (+an additional alox I decided to also order) and a SAE to return the wrong order. In my experience (all being limited) with them they were fantastic and I would definitely order from them again and have plans to.
And no I am not affiliated with them at all.
In the same week I also placed an order from Victorinox (their service has also been second to none but communication could have been a bit quicker) and onbuy.com who messed up my order and on writing this am still trying to contact them although the secondary company have now responded to me after I contacted them directly.
But I would rate SwissTool a good 4 to 4.5 stars out of 5 (only really losing a bit from their original mess up)
