I ordered and my date was today they changed it to early delivery and they didn't but they made sure i received my package the following day in good condition and exactly what i ordered....i must say when your package doesn't arrive the the day promised frustration and anxiety kills just ruins my day..... i must say i have never had any problem b4 this was the 1st time and it was all sorted😀

I was happy with takealot but suddenly the period for delivery has increased from 5 - 7 days to 10 - 11 days? 2 of the items ordered is a birthday gift. If I knew I could have gone to a store to purchase. Not happy.

Lewis from Takelot was awesome. I was not available for delivery. I requested for delivery on his off day and I didn't know. Lewis drove to my place delivered my items and ensured it doesn't get returned to head office. Such a kind person. May Lewis get recognized for his outstanding customer service which is lacking in SA currently.
