“I would avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!! Michael made a lot of promises in the beginning, especially indicating that they could handle our OIC (offer in compromise) and get it processed in about 6 months. We signed with them based on this sales pitch. However, our first agent with Tax Relief Systems apparently got sick and resigned and they never assigned us to another agent. We had to keep following up with them in order to get another person to take over our case. We finally got assigned to someone else, however, it has been a year and a half and we still don’t have an OIC agreement. They keep blaming it on the pandemic and have been very rude to us when we ask about the status. I would never, never have signed on with them and paid them $5400 if I had known how rude and slow they would be with our case.”

“Let me start off saying that Tax Relief Systems is awesome !! I did my research before I hired them . 1,) There better business bureau repost shows the in business A + Plus rating , 9 years in business zero complaints . Un heard of in this line on of business . 2.) Business Comsumer Allaince AAA Rating 9 years in business . 3.) And the brain child / founder of Tax Relief Systems Joe Benfatti with 20 years in IRS and State resolution . This company checks all 3 boxes . Guess what ? They are as legit as it comes . That's why I agree to do this review once my case was finished . I will always be greatful for all their hard work . They saved me a lot of money on my back taxes and a lot of heartache trying to do this myself .. Thanks Again Cathy Smith Chicago , IL”

Filed all my back taxes and I went from owing the IRS $98,045.66 down to $4,500 and $18000 to the DOR down to $2,800 . These Guys Are for real! I letting all my friends out here that there is real tax relief for us out there in San Pedro , Ca called Tax Relief Systems LLC Headquarters . “Highly highly recommend Joseph !!! Thought I had no options but to take a garnishment from IRS...not only did he stop all that, he and his staff got them to agree to an affordable installment agreement....something reasonable, livable, and when I needed to adjust that, he was right on it. Don't fall victim to tax scams that ask for thousands up front, he does what he says he will do! Amazing staff!”

“I searched the internet to find a legit company to help me reduce what I owed the IRS . From the moment I spoke to Joe Benfatti at Tax Relief Systems I knew that I called the right place . I am in Charlotte , NC and there Headquarters in Los Angeles it did't matter right away we called the DOR (state) stop the wage garnishment worked out payment that I could afford . He tax team where able to make IRS taxes from $35,624.25 down to $1,800 and got time to pay that . So glad I took the leap of faith and hired them. “Hi, I am Chris, and I live in New York State. I have absolutely no words to describe how Grateful I am to have become a client of Joe B and Tax Relief systems!
