5 Honest Reviews I bought the Teleflora Membership, so that you don't have to and let Teleflora ruin several flower deliveries before I stopped using them. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake and choose another service or go direct to a local florist. After they failed on half of the flower deliveries in one way or another, they were incapable of ever truly assisting or refunding the membership that had never offered any service-add. Every order I placed, was done at least 2 weeks in advance and they still managed to leave a negative mark on multiple holidays. Order 1 - The surprise flowers I ordered, claimed delivery at 2pm. I was out of town but called the recipient to ask how they looked... only to ruin the surprise and be told they hadn't arrived.... still nothing at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm... and finally at 8pm they show up... when the recipent wasn't even home to recieve them anymore. Order 2 - Teleflora never placed the order or confirmed it and the Florist never delivered. I was told "Sorry... you'll have to place the order again for tomorrow but it'll arrive later then usual". Order 3 - The system confirmed the flowers had been "Hand Delivered" to the recipient. I called support to ask where they are since they had not been hand delivered. After wasting an hour going back and forth... they informed me that their tracking cannot be trusted and to just wait to see if they arrive by 7pm. That's rediculous... becuase if they fail to arrive... I won't even know for sure until it's almost the next day. Order 4 - The order was confirmed to never be placed by teleflora and they auto-scheduled it for the next day. The florist confirmed that Teleflora sent the order late and when called Customer Support, they had zero remorse or reconpense for yet another failure. Order 5 - 2 days before Valentines day.... so it was an important delivery. Florist claimed delivery completed at 9am while Teleflora claimed delivery occured at 10pm (13 hours apart)... The flowers never arrived at all. Next day, Teleflora just gave the usual "Opps, sorry, here is your money back". I requested they get flowers delivered that day.... and received zero effort to make it right. So... in the end, I had to hope I could find flowers on Valentine's day, last minute.

I placed an order with Teleflora for flower delivery to Wichita, Kansas for Friday before Valentine’s Day (order number 2243713597). I received an email stating that the flowers had already been delivered — but they were not. When I checked the order status again the next day, it still showed as “delivered” or “in the process of being delivered,” despite the fact that nothing had arrived. This was extremely frustrating and confusing. Because it was important to me that the flowers be delivered before Valentine’s Day, I ultimately had to cancel the order. The entire purpose of placing the order in advance was to ensure timely delivery for a meaningful occasion, and Teleflora failed to fulfill that basic expectation. What makes this especially disappointing is the time and care I spent selecting the arrangement. Valentine’s Day comes once a year — reliability matters. Sending inaccurate delivery notifications and failing to deliver on time is unacceptable for a company in this business. I will not use Teleflora again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Ordered a Christmas Evergreen tree with white flowers and received a bunch of branches with a few dead flowers in it. I was totally embarrassed and will never use this company again. I must add that this was the second time I tried and my first delivery again had nothing to do with what I had ordered..

We were expecting flowers for a funeral services and we told by customer service representative by phone that it will be definitely delivered the morning of the scheduled day . No flowers were delivered. This was very cruel to us . I really wish the higher management of this company would be aware of what happening with their company services. No excuse should be made at this point. Also we got a email that our flower arrangements weee delivered after the ceremony with confirmation signature and this was a lie . The flowers were never delivered.

I ordered flowers for my friend and her mother. I spent about $150. I ordered a bouquet that was supposed to be made up of different colored roses and another bouquet that was supposed to be a variational Flowers. What they got is not even close to what I ordered. And while I know that certain flowers are out of season, etc. it’s not even remotely close to what you expect, for I will not use them and I will find a local florist somehow even if it is in another country. Well, the bouquets are nice, and the gift was well received. It’s definitely not even close to what I was hoping to send and extreme letdown. Even if it’s in a rush, find a local florist you’ll be happier.

I am extremely disappointed by Teleflora.  I place and order for 3 bouquets and the day of delivery (Friday) 1 was delivered and it was beautiful, the second was so subbed of parts it wasnt anything like I ordered and the 3rd I was told they couldnt deliver on their promise of that day. So I got a partial refund for the second subbed one and the 3rd one was rescheduled to deliver the next day(Saturday). At the end of the next day (Sunday) the 3rd bouquet was never delivered and I was never contacted by Teleflora, I had to call and ask where is it. At that point they offered a refund but the flowers were for Mothers Day and I asked if they could be rescheduled for Monday, which they said yes it could be. Then Monday morning I got an automatic email from Teleflora Operations that my order was cancelled and a full refund would be issued. Once again support didnt reach out. At this point I will not use Teleflora anymore as you can make 3 promises to a customer and break all of them. I would expect a company who takes an order to deliver and not just keep giving false promises. I was a long time customer.

Terrible experience. Ordered a bouquet and they sent something completely different. False advertising! Wouldn’t have paid anything for what they sent. Amateur work and delivered at 9:30 pm?! Really?

I have ordered on two separate occasions. Flowers for my sisters anniversary and never was delivered., this was for February 7. Then I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry and Oreos. That was supposed to be delivered February 13. Never received them. I was on the phone with them several times and emailed them several times. They said that they would credit my account with $26.00. They are crazy. I told them I wanted a full refund on both orders. Haven’t heard anything back from them. The first order they said they couldn’t find a florist in Roxboro North Carolina, so they canceled the order. Didn’t even tell me about it. Then the second order they are blaming UPS. I’m so upset with them. They have ruined two occasions. My sister anniversary gift and my son and grandson valentines gift. Needless to say they have lost me as a customer. I will never order from them again. So they lied about guarantee satisfaction.

The worst bouquet I’ve ever seen in life!!! I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, a $219 bouquet of all roses with a wrapped vase, to be delivered to her on her special day and what did I receive? A rainbow colored bouquet filled with carnations, hydrangeas and daisies with roses I could count on both hands. Not only did they send this horrible bouquet but they filled it with a bunch of green stems and fillers to make it look full, didn’t wrap the vase or make any attempt to and came outside of the time specified so they were left on my front step only for me to have to leave work to collect them. And it gets worst; half of the flowers were dying and wilting! When I contacted them to tell them how horrible the bouquet was and how dissatisfied I was they offered me a discount on my next order instead of giving me a refund, as though I would ever order from them ever again. What kind of business is that?! I told them I didn’t want the cheap discount they tried to throw at me and offered a partial refund but that still leaves me paying over $100 for carnations, daisies and hydrangeas that have already wilted one day later. I want ALL of my money back and I will not stop until I get it. I could’ve bought a bouquet in a supermarket and got a better selection than what I paid for to be delivered. I was extremely embarrassed to give my mother dead flowers on her birthday. It made me look horrible and although she didn’t make a fuss, I feel horrible for giving her such a bouquet after she’s giving me so much in life. She deserved better than that on her special day and teleflora, you deserve to reevaluate your vendors if you’re going to be in the flower business or just shut down completely!!! Value your customers and do right by them! Everytime I look at the bouquet I think, “What a waste of money, time and effort!!!” If you’re considering this company, please choose another! Please do not order from teleflora for Valentine’s Day, birthdays, holidays or for anything in life!!!!
