“You are not able to call bc nobody ever picks up the phone. I bought the boxes, the money is in your account and yet I still am waiting for the boxes 1 week later. My move plans have been disrupted and I need to adjust my plans bc of your lack of organisation. Thanks”

“Ordered some bubble wrap for moving home and by the day before it still hadn’t arrived. Had to cancel the order as it wouldn’t have been here on time. Didn’t have any updates at anytime to letting us know this. very poor customer service”

“I’ve charged me for the shipping almost half of the value of my order. On top of that, it didn’t even arrive the next day, as it should have. But had a one day delay. They charged for next day delivery and I didn’t get that! Overpriced service and will not ship there again”

“The first order was completely wrong, I was sent a pack of packaging tape instead of a mattress covering. I had to reorder and pay for that again, there is no paperwork in the package, I can’t get hold of anyone and it has to be returned within 14 days and having literally just moved house I could do without this!”

“It's been over a week and mhave paid £5.99 for delivery and items haven't arrived. One email eventually back to say they were contacting DPD them nothing again. Won't be using again!!”

“My packaging turned up in a condition that was not useable and when I emailed to ask for a return/ redid I was ignored. I've heard nothing from you until I got an email asking for my review. I wouldn't recommend.”

Hello, we do not undertake moves, we only send moving home packing materials. Maybe you have use confused with the moving company you hired to undertaker your move?

“I thought you were so reasonable priced so ordered 2 rolls of bubble wrap some tapes and a clothes box at a special price of 59.75. For fast delivery. I received the delivery as expected With an invoice for 59.75 I was surprised to see an extra 41 pounds removed from my account . Please refund the £ 41 pound into my account or least try and explain why you took that amount. Thank this is the third time I have written to you and iwould like someone to contact me regarding this”

Hi john We are very sorry to hear about this. Looking at your order, the order was for £41.21, as you live in northern Ireland the delivery charge was £18.54 from mainland UK. The Grand total was £59.75. Prehaps this is were the confusion is? You were only charged once as we have no ability to take further charges and as such have no record of multiple charges at different amounts. We have many forms of contact available including live web chat, email and phone. We have no record of you making any form of previous contact with us. However, we welcome contact from customers with supporting evidence of this nature as we would be extremely interested to see it.
