“They have a very good selection of outdoors/bushcraft supplies. Clearly, they know their products, what's in demand, and what customers want, and they stock only quality products, including their own line of knives and other products. Additionally, the staff are knowledgeable and experienced in outdoor activities. This is so important. At so many specialist shops, the workers are just paid employees and don't have a clue about the items they sell. These guys KNOW their products from personal experience. Every question I've asked, whether in-person or via email, was met with an informed answer. It's just a great shop with a super-friendly and knowledgeable staff.”
“Bought some items in the ----www.thebushcraftstore.co.uk---, they forgot to send two of the items. Send them a email on the subject, and got the items shortly after, one of the items was diferent from what I ordered even then, but good nonetheless so I left it at that. Otherwise satisfied with the purchases. There is room for improvement.... :-/”
