Refund - Difficult

I ordered a shoes it s not mentioned that the price was not including import duties and the shoes came terrible it s foam from the top and clearly seen, also the size came wrong. I contacted them and sent photos but they didn't refund me neither exchange it without knowing why , they just said we work with original brands which is didn't help my issue at all

They told me the items I'd ordered aren't in stock in my size any longer so refund is only option.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 items over £200 and have never received them via UPS. 5 weeks later, and after several emails, they continue “to investigate” and have now updated my order tracking status to “delivered”. UPS confirmed parcel lost 4 weeks ago and I am struggling to get a refund. I think OUTNET are going bust. If not, it is a scam operation.

I returned an item but the OUTNET courier lost it. Despite it being their courier they have left me waiting weeks with no clarity about what is going on, without a refund, not replying to emails, failing to provide information over the phone. I call or email them most days and it is exhausting.

No customer service, count your blessings if you receive your order, forget about your money if you don't The Outnet refused to refund me my 200 euro order that I never received, or signed for. It has been 2 months of me asking for updates over email; they responded twice then ignored my emails.

AVOID this company! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I'm a Canadian who has been online shopping from numerous merchants for more than 20 years. This is the ONLY company refusing to refund sales tax and customs because I'm residing out of the EU. NEVER experienced this before. You'll definitely regret it if you're a North American customer who purchases stuff from this company.
