“Tile Giant provided excellent service. I visited their stores and made a decision about which tiles I am going to use for my bathroom. I loved my choices, it is excellent for its quality and price. I used Micra Blanco Glazed Matt Porcelain 60x60 SKU: 1226143 I recommend this company to everyone.”

“Still awaiting a refund after the wrong tiles were delivered over a month ago. Told the supplier will no longer deal with Tile Giant and left with £200 worth of the wrong colour tiles.”

“Pretty painful - ordered tiles to match existing, and told the 2 codes for the same tile, was to be ignored..... so when order arrived, the matt white I ordered was of course a different shade.... here is where it gets odd. Decided to go into local branch, to buy the baloance, but you cant preorder to collect.... we had to go in and order... but when my wife gets there, they can no longer even do that - they arent connected to the online website, dont recognise the codes.... its all very odd and painful”

“Tiles were ok but the WORST Customer Service ever. Please Avoid using this company, they won’t help you at all if there are any complications with tiles even if there are circumstances out of control of the Customer and providing broken tiles that don’t get checked by staff for Customer to find when project starts and is passed the policy threshold for return which doesn’t get explained to on Purchase.”

“I received the email specifying kerbside delivery after the delivery had been received. I had just a few hours notice that the delivery was imminent - nothing on that text about kerbside delivery. I then had to ensure someone was at the address with very short notice. My daughter then had to bring the tiles into the house without any help - thank goodness I didn’t ask my mum, she would have done herself an injury!”

“Hmm. Ordered in the morning with extra £13 paid for next day delivery. No comms. Called that say asking where the delivery was and told it was not out yet (and would not be with me till the following day). They did refund me delivery but when I asked to cancel as it was too late for my job, they said the delivery company are slow to respond and they would just refund me the cost. Of course they never did. Not very impressive.”

“Good selection of tiles and friendly, helpful staff at the Crawley branch - unlike their competitors next door who ignored me. Only thing I'd ask for future is notification that there was wax on the tiles to help prevent scratches/damage as I didn't realise what it was and though they were defective, much to my plumbers amusement! Would definitely recommend.”
