“We like the colour etc but the tile is not suitable for a bathroom - being too slippery.”

“Excellent service from staff. Order put through and delivered as promised. Needed 32 additional wall tiles to finish the job so head office contact not only managed to get me the tiles which on the website were showing out of stock but due to the urgency these tiles were delivered next afternoon. Thank you Tile Giant.”

“I have to say the service at Tile Giant is excellent. This includes the direct contact with the person at the Norwich branch, the lady I spoke to on the phone who arranged the delivery and the lady who delivered the tiles too. Well done all, sorry I don’t have your names for a personal shout out but all your efforts make a difference and are appreciated.”

“Would highly recommend tile giant. Louise and Mike were super stars in helping me make decisions and giving advice. After recently being flooded I was overwhelmed with all the choices I had to make. Louise went the extra mile each time I visited the store she's my tile hero.”
