“excellent service from ordering to delivery, placed two sperate orders for tiles and both arrived without any issues. delivery drivers were both friendly and helpful and polite, good all round experience with tile giant.”

“Customer service from Matt was outstanding - going above and beyond to sort a couple of issues out with samples and ended up sending out a full tile to sort it out, and I've now sent him an enquiry for all our requirements - well done Matt, thank you.”

“Good selection of tiles and friendly, helpful staff at the Crawley branch - unlike their competitors next door who ignored me. Only thing I'd ask for future is notification that there was wax on the tiles to help prevent scratches/damage as I didn't realise what it was and though they were defective, much to my plumbers amusement! Would definitely recommend.”

“Very easy to order tiles on line. Good delivery within 2 days. One of the boxes had the tiles broken, but after speaking to customer services a new batch was sent and arrived the next day. Excellent service will be using them again for sure”

“Michael at tile giant South Shields was so helpful. I was able to pick out a tile and complimenting grout. I actually ended up ordering online as there was a flash discount. They were so reasonably priced. The tiles turned up on time and were all in tact. They look gorgeous on the wall. Im so pleased. Excellent customer service in the South Shields store thank you.”
