“So happy with the service. I was kept informed when the tiles had arrived in store and were broken and a new order was put through. I think it was Tristan who called and was really helpful and Brian who was in the shop when I picked up the tiles was an absolute joy and so helpful I will definitely use the company again”

“Although I am satisfied with the product and your two assistants were extremely helpful on the day that I purchased the tiles, I then had to order another two boxes and sadly the person I spoke to was not particularly helpful. His attitude was 'when they arrive ' we will let you know in a very dismissive manner. I am still waiting for a reply from that person for a receipt for my goods as I paid via a link through the email that he sent me.”

“if you are renovating an entire house like we did then look somewhere else. the tiles are lovely but i think it should be made really clear that when you go into store and order, those are not delivered to your house. over a thousand pouds worth of tiles. they will be delivered to store and you will have to make multiple trips to the store for days and days to ge them home in your hatchback car and the store assistant will not help to load them into the car. when we made the order in store we said this was our address and the assistant said they don't need that yet, so we thought they will ask for our address later. not once was it mentioned that the tiles are not delivered. very heavy boxes too.”

“I ordered a marble tile to see what it’s like. The tile arrived very quickly. However the tile was plain white with no pattern at all. I think they should have sent one with a bit of the pattern. Was a waste of money.”

“Bought these wood effect tiles to finish my kitchen extension floor. They look lovely and unless you touch them, really give the wood effect. I am very pleased with the product so far.”

“The second delivery team were so supportive of my dad who at 98 didn't have a clue who they were when he answered the door to them. The delivery team were excellent because they unloaded some of my order indoors and left the rest under the porch instead of on the pavement, which made it so much easier to take inside when I arrived. They also rang to confirm that they had arrived, were unlaoding and then leaving. This put my mind at rest given the number of thefts in my area.”

“Was looking around for my ceramic floor tiles and Tile Giant was the best price. Order online was ready for collection with 5 days. Cannot fault the service. The service at the Worth branch was great and he even offered to carry tiles to my car.”
