“A massive thank you for your help! I found the perfect tiles for our bathroom refit about a year ago, when we were in a position to start the refit I then discovered they were out of stock! I rang head office and they managed to find us the qty we needed across a few stores and arranged for them to be delivered! Over the moon, thank you so much for your help! Bathroom is now finished and looks amazing”

“I met with the most helpful man who worked at Tile Giant in Cricklewood. I didn’t catch his name but I think he was from Jamaica. He was AMAZING I wish I could remember his name but he was so helpful”

“Saw some tiles at a store, but as usual the wife took her time deciding and when she did the store said they had no more stock. I called head office and was put through to the warehouse who sourced the remind tiles just enough for the project. Delivered on time and I have a happy wife, just hope I ordered enough....”
