I have been customer for years and in return I received very bad service I consider it as stealing within the time of refund or exchange. Never buy from them again. ”

“ When they scanned it they said that the dress had not been paid for and had another bar code! I asked to see the cctv as they said that the dress was put in the bag after scanning the original barcode by mistake - they didn’t want to show me the cctv - the manager was abusive and aggressive - then they said they saw that I had bought 29 items and they put 30 in the bag!!!! An absolute lie!!! I counted the items I bought they were 29!!! The manager sent another worker to tell me that they were keeping the dress and I would not get a refund!!!! She didn’t want to face me- THIEVES- AVOID - I asked to see the security manager and he didn’t come. ”
