Be careful of online buying with TK Maxx - I didn't receive my item which was expensive! A pair of diamond earings! Instead I received a plastic bag weighed down with cardboard and tissue paper. I informed TK Maxx expecting a big, international company like they are to take me seriously- instead they claimed they looked into the situation "as much as they could" and were happy I wax sent the earings. So I am a liar? It couldn't possibly be someone on their end who either, let's be kind- forgot to put them in or what I think happened- pocketed them and sent me an empty packet! No refund, no earings, no customer service

Really poor customer service at Team Valley branch Gateshead. Followed instructions to wait at click and collect, ignored for 10 minutes to be told to wsit in que. Very poor instructions andcservice.

Faulty item I have an faulty item, it was a pair of shoes , my husband use it, but not too much, and one appears broke for a side and it’s clear that it is a faulty (I bought it in June), I ask for the manager , how it’s was out of date the recipe she told me that she can not do nothing and call customer service , I ask her if there is someone more to talk with and she told me No, I call them they gave a case number and come back to the store, in the store the manager direct me another manager, the other manager told me before call customer service without check the shoes that the decision will be made by the store and no for customer service ….

First of all I want manger to contact me Because this is ridiculous I ordered slippers on Monday 20th of June waiting for it to come max end of the week per Saturday because I’m travelling on Saturday late I received an email saying I’m gonna receive my parcel on 28th of June I called the customer service on 24th they advise me to order new one and I’m gonna have it next day delivery so I’m gonna receive it Saturday before my flight Which I did and I ordered new one with next day delivery options cost nearly £7 I received an email saying my delivery gonna arrived on 27th After my flight This is a joke I called the customer service Kinza such rude person ever seen ask here about manger name she declined to give it to me And his email address she said this is the policy She think only her work in hospitality Reference numbers of the call cs5930732 I need assistance please as soon as Any further assistance do not hesitate to contact me Kind regards

I returned a suite case that was faulty to kings gate Crawley store and it was within the 28 days returned. The lady manager on that store was rude and did not accept to return the item or communicate as a professional manager for tk max. This happened today 11/11/2021. I have been customer for years and in return I received very bad service I consider it as stealing within the time of refund or exchange. Never buy from them again.

Really bad customer service in both branches of Coventry. The one at central six couldnt do an exchange or credit for a faulty item without receipt. The manager made a big fuss out of it. Would never shop in this place again and will let so many people not to support theis company.😡

Usually a nice experience shopping in TK Maxx, spoilt today by one staff member who I assume is long overdue for her customer service training. I had money to spend but didn't bother. Staff need to be mindful that the customer is important to the longevity of the high street shops. To be fair the other staff member was lovely. It makes a difference!!

Don't use their online service, an error on their website meant a package I ordered went to the wrong address and they were 100% unhelpful. Just wasted my time and I lost £60 because of them. Plus it took over 7 days to deliver to that address anyway. Never had worse service in my life.

Terrible customer service, rude, stroppy supervisor who refused to serve a customer 1 minute after official closing time. No need to take a bad day out on the customers! Service with a smile goes a long way!
