“Sent me the wrong size, when I looked into returning the shoes I found out I have to pay over £6 to return the item. When I got in contact with their customer services team to question this, I didn't get a response. Would not recommend purchasing from them.”

“just spent over 15 mins ON HOLD!!! Only to be hung up on by the representative!!! This is NOT the customer service I expect!!! I am furious!!! I hope you can make this right!”
