I had two, a few years ago, they both gave out shortly after warranty ran out. It appears that they are engineered to fail after warranty expires. I got a 5 inch Garmin, it's 5 years old and (knock on wood) it still works like new.

Ordered ornaments November 20th. Today is December 21 have yet to receive. Was told it takes 14 days. Well we are beyond this.

While I think their products are beautiful, the shipping takes FOREVER and I have yet to have anyone reply to emails. But yet they have plenty of time to post reels in instagram and promote new products. How about making sure the paying clients are being responded to. Terrible customer service.

Had it about 12 months did an upgrade and last all voices been in contact with TOMTOM and no joy even wrote to the CEO and still no joy mine was a start 50 , beware tomtom products not fit for purpose avoid avoid avoid
