“I ordered a Futurama Figure pictured in a box for $ 142.27 , which I thought was a good price , the item arrived within 5 days but it was not what I ordered , in the box was a loose figure in a plastic zip loc bag , I contacted Toywiz.com immediately , I was told to mail the figure back at my own expense , $ 8.45 and they charged me for original shipping and a 10 % restocking fee for a loose figure , Outrageous ! I emailed them again and was ignored ! Buyers beware , that’s how they make their money , they falsely advertise a boxed figure , send you a loose figure knowing nobody wants a loose figure for $ 142.27 , and then they deduct their charges, I only received back $ 122.65 , $ 5.99 S/H and $ 13.63 for restocking , not to mention I had to pay to ship the item back , very poor communications , not a recommended site , especially for collectors , you'll end up paying twice ! They don’t. Are snout their customers only about money !”
