So that we can open an investigation with the carrier to locate your parcel, please reply to this email and include the following: A photo or copy of your official ID A screenshot or photo of the postmarked proof of delivery As soon as we receive those documents from you we will open an investigation with the carrier for your missing ITEM and will keep you regularly updated as the investigation progresses.

Avoid modern daylight robbery by a company that violates about every rule! Here's an excerpt of their new terms and conditions, which led me to close my account because the last thing I want is to give them items for free! "Delivery failure: If an item cannot be delivered (due to an incorrect address, non-collection etc.

1st the parcel shop could not find the item, then the buyer confirmed that they have it, yet it has after days not updated (not the 1st time this happened) customer service unhelpful, I have to send my passport in an email despite the fact that I have already uploaded my passport. They use the worst delivery companies, the customer service is a joke! I also note that most of the genuine reviews are bad, the generic ones (like the replies Vestiaire gives here, which are meaningless nonsense about them transforming the fashion industry - read, lining their own pockets while not giving any customer service) if they would put in as much effort as in the fake reviews, it could be a good site, as it is, it is a disaster!

The delivery services they use are the cheapest and most unreliable ones, if an item on Vinted gets lost, it is automatically insured up to 500 if you use one of their delivery options and you get refunded, on Vestiaire you have to send them your passport in an email, and heaven knows what people can do with sensitive documentation, frankly I am sure that is a GDPR violation, as emails are considered insecure.

If you are selling women's shoes, you get pestered by men who want to discuss with you how often you wore them, where you wore them, they want worn pictures and ask you to pose in a certain way, if you tell them you are not a fetish delivery system, you get banned from chat.

It seems Vestiaire has made it impossible to have direct shipping from the UK to the EU and the other way round, this is only to force their quite useless (and clueless) authentication service on people and that they stiff people with the delivery and import charges is also no secret.

I’ve sold an item that has been posted/received by buyer though item is still marked as pending delivery.

I chose delivery at collection point, thus the total price was 88 euros.

They basically give you a form to fill out stating I need things like the delivery address and such THAT A BUYER WOULD HAVE TO FILL OUT! Mind you, I AM THE SELLER! They would go around in circles and responses are hard to come by when you start asking more questions.
