Got a email from Montgomery rewards stating that I ordered a tablet, which I did not I live across the world from where the delivery address is to be shipped… I called customer service and got transferred so many time it’s pathetic not even the fraud department could help me, the lady sounded like she didn’t care.

The customer service is very rude and inconsiderate. They act like they don't want to be at work. And then when you make your orders, it's either out of stock and they tell you when it's on the delivery,that you have to make another payment. I have never seen customer service so poorly!!!!!!

I order a 😨 scary mask for a little over $20, regular price, $8 for getting it within 2 and taxes. I've been home all day waiting for the delivery. I still want the mask but I need it before Thursday.
