“The company went bump last year. They forced people to take credit right before christmas and now when you try and use that credit if you spend more than that amount they refuse to refund to you card after the credit note amount. This means you are trapped and they continue to force people to lose money. I only wanted to get rid of the credit but the items received were poor hence paid for return and now yet another credit note for a company that has deteriorated and the quality is awful! No customer care . Avoid and use better eco companies!!”
