“This company has a wide range of bikes available at a very reasonable price. They deliver quickly and for free on most orders. Unfortunately, they use Yodel for delivering their bikes and this has led to deliveries being delayed and arriving damaged on the two occasions I have used the company. Wiggle does not have a contact telephone number and you have to contact them via their limited contact form. You are then waiting for a response up to 12 hours after a request is submitted. Their advisors have only been able to help me on one occasion and have unfortunately been very unhelpful whenever else I have contacted them. I think this is a "you pay for what you get situation". I would be reluctant to buy anything but small accessories through them again.”
