“Paid for a years worth of next day delivery which was suspended two weeks later. Rather than offer a 2-3 day service, I’m now waiting a week or so for standard delivery. Customer service not helpful at all- got a lecture on their fine print.

“2th of may I ordered a triatlon wetsuit to train my openwater swimming. Wiggle said it would deliver at or before the 14th of may. I tought it had to do something with COVID and was hopeful it would be there faster. It's now 18th of may and still no wetsuit. The order hasn't even been processed yet. It takes them 4-5 days to reply on your mails, so I don't expect a quick fix of the problem. Pricewise they are okay, but still you should not buy here anything..”
“omg,returns,exchanges...how awful.i bought some knee pads which were to small using my parents paypal,to return an item you have to open an account,for which i had to use my parents email,no purchases come up on my history.i got £10 off for being a new customer.if i want a replacement im no longer a new customer and have to pay an extra £10 to exchange because they dont exchange.stupid stupid stupid system.even the live chat is unhelpful.i dont get it because they and chain reaction are the same,but chain reaction are great and easy,wiggle are not.i wouldnt bother using wiggle again,although i will use chainreaction...and im now stuck with a brand new pair of race face flanks that are to small..thanks wiggle.”
