Very unreliable, in fact you have no idea when you will get your supplies. Every single time we have a mess home, with my daughters over my shoulder full of "why", "when" and "chase them".
Really tired of this, its not worth the mess. All reviews with negative or stars missing is that exact reason! I our case because we didn't back down they totally delayed us!
They seem to attempt redefining what Royal Mail 24h means. It is NOT standard, it is 24 hours. There is no other retailer that claims Royal Mail 24 h is standard, this is a ridiculous statement.”
“I placed my order on Saturday evening and my wool had arrived by Tuesday morning which was pretty good. It was also beautifully parcelled inside a white 'gossamer' drawstring bag, which was a lovely touch and somewhere to store your finished garment.
