NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR GIFT DELIVERIES. If its a gift rather buy at the shop and send the gift personally. They sent an empty gift bag and disclosed the internal delivery instructions to the recipient that the gift is supposed to come IN THE GIFT BAG. Mind you the empty gift bag is delivered today only for the actual gift (whose details have been given away) will only be delivered tomorrow

Woolies dash should be discontinued, they are completely useless. Once again a message to inform me my delivery was going to be 1:30 mins late. Why call it Woolies dash when it’s never dash??

Not impressed with Woolworths online. I placed and order and accidentally chose the wrong address for delivery. However I called immediately and gave the right address. They STILL deliver to the wrong address. Every time I follow up they tell me 24-48 working hours. So that's 24-48 working hours on top of 24-48 working hours.

Really bad experience each time!
Driver turned back with the order despite being at the gate? Couldn't ask security to let him in?? Now 3 to 5 days for me to get a refund for a delivery containing our food for that day. Checkers does this better im afraid.

I am extremely disappointed .
I purchased fresh produce online in 5th January, delivery 6th. The incorrect items were delivered. The driver took them back .
Since then I have been experiencing difficulty in receiving my refund. I was told 3-5 working days . My last interaction (per email) I was told that the incorrect amount was “plotted” and has to be rectified???

Worst experience with wollies, purchased items online, never arrived from December till now, I was told cell number was incorrect, gave them a correct one, still failed to deliver, today I'm told it was out for delivery seven times but never reached me, because someone didn't update my info. Their system says it been delivered but I haven't seen my stuff. Total mess, confusion and lack of organization.

Dash delivery had missing items and the store made unauthorized substitutes. If an item is out of stock, then call or WhatsApp me so I can choose my own substitutes because your "choose a substitute" option on the App is a joke. It never allows me to pick a different product.
