? When will the values be refunded? Why do they use those useless weak paper bags that always tear open dropping the delivery all over your driveway.

Most useless delivery system and app has ever. Order from checkers anytime before 6 you get it in 30 mins. With Woolworths you can sometimes try to order at 1pm and then all the slots are taken. A joke. Basically you need to plan the day before for the next day if you want to order with them. How is that convenient and of service. Do not understand the point of their 'dash' system

Item was too big so it was to be exchanged for a smaller size , sent the delivery note and tax invoice to exchange at a store.

In general we are really happy with Woolworths, dash delivery and the quality of the products. However, this week is the second time that I did a standard order, paid R75 for next day delivery and it is now two days late without any communication from Woolworths. I sent them an email last night to find out where the package is and to request a refund for the R75. They did not respond yet. Holding thumbs.
