Woolies dash service is terrible. They don't stick to the allocated time of delivery, there's no update on time of delivery and no apologies for late deliveries.

Least user friendly app of all the delivery apps! And ultimately only half of my order list was available. The rest was out of stock, with no communication about it.

I ordered my food online as far back as 5 days ago. My delivery was scheduled to arrive the next day. It's day 5 today and still nothing. I'm very disappointed as the food was meant for my guests on Good Friday. I even called their customer line on the day and I was assured that it would be delivered the following day.

Woolworths dash drivers wont bring parcels up to your door. You can leave special delivery instruction saying that they should come up to the door and leave the parcels there, but instead they call and argue with you.

Online shopping with woolworths is terrible. I order by them and pay the item. Still waiting 2 weeks later when put a inquiery. They said there were many attemps to deliver but no one called me for delivery... now the item is out off stock

I placed and order on dash at 11am and their next delivery slots was 1-2pm. I called them at 2:30 just to be told they have an hour delay. I could driven out myself. Not happy at all for this inconvenience 😤
