Hi Woolworths,
Could you please show me, where in your customer rights policies, does it state that you can send a Muslim person, a Bacon item, that they didn't request or ask for in substitute, and refuse to give them a refund for it ?
According to your customer service agent Tevor Yeni, a substitute that I didn't request, can't be refunded due to your policy that allows for you to substitute an item that wasn't requested, irrespective of allergies or religious beliefs.

In general we are really happy with Woolworths, dash delivery and the quality of the products.
However, this week is the second time that I did a standard order, paid R75 for next day delivery and it is now two days late without any communication from Woolworths.
I sent them an email last night to find out where the package is and to request a refund for the R75. They did not respond yet. Holding thumbs.

I was given a reference number after a follow up on the 25/02 and couple of days later I received a written response from a lady by the name of Samantha who promised to sms me a refund voucher in 2 days time yo the value of the product purchased.

Really bad experience each time!
Driver turned back with the order despite being at the gate? Couldn't ask security to let him in?? Now 3 to 5 days for me to get a refund for a delivery containing our food for that day. Checkers does this better im afraid.

I am extremely disappointed .
I purchased fresh produce online in 5th January, delivery 6th. The incorrect items were delivered. The driver took them back .
Since then I have been experiencing difficulty in receiving my refund. I was told 3-5 working days . My last interaction (per email) I was told that the incorrect amount was āplottedā and has to be rectified???
