we visited the garden centre as we have done many times whilst on holiday and being placed just outside Stratford upon Avon the food on offer was very poor as they said that they had not got a delivery and then on our return visit they had run out of bacon the lady on the till said, the atmosphere was really terrible in the café apart from the soft play area, we then ordered toasted tea cakes by the time they arrived our drinks were cold and my Husbands was frozen inside, they desperately need more staff and needless to say we wont be back.

I came to your garden centre on Sunday. I had hoped to have Sunday lunch there only to be told we don't serve Sunday roast so we had to order an alternative from a limited menu when our order came it and was placed on a serving counter we noticed it stayed their for over 5 mins while the manager was busy talking to someone and 2 staff members were clearing tables. I thought garden centres were supposed to be pensioner friendly
