“
Left XLN on 1st April as prices had tripled since we started with them. They invoice in advance so had already charged us for 1-30 April. Their 'T&Cs' state that no refunds can be made for cancellations within a calendar month so refused to refund for 2-30 April. Poor customer service.

In the end we told them to stick it, accounts rang and after chatting with her she said yes you have been over charged and we owe you a refund! this was in June its now October and we still have not have the refund but they are were kind enough to send us a big bill for leaving the contract early! XLN did not meet their end of the contract by giving us the service we were paying for.

They took more money out of my bank account. In fact £150 which they did not refund. They charged me for installation when they told me it would be free and charged VAT on top of my monthly fee. Worked out to be nearly £45 not quite the £15 a month that they advertised. I cancelled contract due to break of trust and they are still charging me even though I don’t use their WiFi. Avoid at all costs
