I am having to return a beautiful dress, only because it is too big. The size is 22/24, whereas just the size 20/22 would have probably been perfect for me. I made a mistake with how i was trying to return online, but after speaking with customer service, it has been arranged for the dress to be collected from my home tomorrow. Customer service was spot on with helping me out, so THANKYOU to the customer service

I was so happy at first ordering on line and absolutely love all my clothes. Never had problems with return even if I dont have a printer at home I was able to print my labels at ASDA. But for the last few orders didnt receive the confirmation email. And yes I checked my spam folder. So waiting for a few deliveries was like a lottery... Twice I got lucky and the third time I am still waiting ....Try to contact the customer via form... I didnt receive any reply. It is a shame I have this experience as I absolutely love all my clothes from Yours Clothing. However I am now in doubt if I should order ever again... PLease improve your service guys if you dont want to loose good customers like me and the others:)

Horrendous company , bought a pair of Jeans on April 26th and paid for 3-5 Day delivery by Yodal .It’s now two weeks later and still have not received my order .Received emails by both Yours and Yodal informing me my order was in transit , complete fabrication on both counts as Yodal don’t even appear to be able to track any orders themselves , and that’s when your lucky enough to get through to there call Centre .
Poor service on Yours as a company and Yodal dont even know where there parcels are , will not be using either of these company’s ever again , beware !

Order a coat, it didn't come! So phoned up, girl at the shop said there's no customer service number anymore 😕 But I rang the number anyway got through to customer service!! She said it's out of stock! That I was refunded, why didn't they send email? Common courtesy would have been nice.
