ordered and paid for with priority shipping, which i paid for.. was told 24-48 hours, took 6 days to arrive, and the conpamy are ignoring my emails and my phone calls, i will never use this awful company again and advise everyone to go elsewhere, they are awful, no customer service, and no actual service !

Incorrectly advertised product, did not arrive as advertised and now they are trying to make us pay a restocking fee! We will fight this but what a lousy service. Read the small print!!!

This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They refuse to accept returns for any item, whether damaged or unwanted. Be aware - if you're buying anything that you think you may have to potentially return, for whatever reason, you may be better looking elsewhere. Am now in the process of requesting a chargeback through my bank for a barcode scanner that appears faulty.

Bought a barcode scanner that did not work as intended. Customer service pointed out that I was unable to return the item for a refund, only repair. As a business customer I haven’t encountered this type of scenario before, where a company flatly refuses to accept an item back for a refund within 5 days of purchase. They will not accept returns for unwanted items under any circumstances either. I have found this in their terms and conditions, but only noticed this after purchasing. If I’d have noticed this before I would not have purchased this item from them. While it may be legal for them to refuse to accept returns for unwanted or faulty items, it’s morally questionable and certainly not a great business model. I will definitely be paying more attention to a company’s terms and conditions in the future.

Watch out. If I could give zero stars ... Accept sold me two identical POS printers. The first was incomplete, missing a crucial external wifi dongle supposedly provided with the printer in the manufacturer’s product description. Product was therefore unusable. As box was opened, Accept subsequently refused return and have passed the buck to the manufacturer to “fix” the printer for me. Accept has suggested I lied about the lack of wifi dongle. Second printer box was never opened due to issues with the first. Attempts to return the second printer for a full refund (assuming the same wifi dongle is also missing from the second box) have been greeted with a steep restocking fee and shipping costs. More than poor service.

I have ordered from them and specifically asked them straight 1 minute after placing my order that it’s wrong one and I want to return it. But they refused telling me that “we only sell new products and we don’t accept returns. > Poor customers service. > Rude when they talk on the phone. > Scammers > waste of time > Waste of money. I don’t recommend them at all.

Hi Shay, - As you've described we sell only new hardware, directly from the manufacturer, at the UK's lowest prices with fast, reliable delivery - We ensure our product data is reliable, and we invest in training to ensure our staff are knowledgeable on the products we sell. We can therefore provide helpful and accurate advice to our customers to help them purchase exactly what they need - What we do not offer is a service where customers can order products, open them, use them for two days and then decide they would prefer a different product, at that time asking us to take back the opened product for a full refund. This would drive up the cost of products to our other customers to support this "try after you buy" model which is not something we feel is fair. -I can assure all our other customers that we acted professionally, fairly, and politely at all times, in the face of swearing and abuse that should never have to be tolerated in any workplace. Purchased a printer. Spent three hours attempting to set it up. No joy so email support. They were useless, not sure if it was someone in the uk replying as they didn’t understand what the printer was and the fault. So we had to return to the director’s address as they refused to confirm a return address as the product was used. But it wasn’t used as it will not connect so cant be used. Avoid this company at all costs.
