We ordered 6 4X4 acoustical panels for our local VFW post. They were custom panels with pictures we submitted. The primary objective was to dampen the sound down by minimizing the echo. Secondary was to brighten up the place with color pictures. Our expectations were definitely met both with sound and the quality of the prints. Customer service and delivery were perfect. The price was well worth it for what we got in return.

First I want to sing praises for Eric in customer service. He was extremely helpful in dealing with my order and a change to the order. Eric is an asset to your company.
I would also address the wood backing used in the panels is flimsy and breaks easily when installing brackets. It seems like balsa wood. A better material should be used.
