The online courses and practice tests made the real State exam much easier. I tested for P&C and Life & Health exams and passed on the first attempt. Going forward,ADBanker has continuing education courses that are required by States,so I can easily see approved courses and do my CE (continuing edu) right there at ADBanker. Personallly, I cannot say enough good things about ADBanker because the State exam is definitely a challenge. ADBanker couses will prepare you for it.

I purchased a CE bridge package for both of my licenses online and it doesn't include all of the required CE for agents with both licenses as their website states. Been on hold for almost 45 mins now and they claim the chat is quicker yet it takes agents almost 10 minutes to respond to every question. They were quick to take the $50 for the course and run with it though. Bridge course didn't even include the 1 hour flood CE that is required by NYS. I won't be purchasing from AD Banker again. There are plenty of other companies to choose from. I needed to finish my course study this morning for a new job and I'll never get through to anyone so this is going to delay me starting my job. Do not purchase through them. They have ZERO customer service!!! And the music you have to listen to while waiting is HORRENDOUS! Then it cuts you off and an annoying recorded voice repeats over and over again saying "if you'd like an agent to call you back" and never goes back to the hold music. Terrible customer service!!! People pay for these courses. Stay away!!

I was not prepared for the exam. The questions on the exam were really not that close to the program. Thank you, but I will be going through another company for my education purposes.

I personally had no problems passing this course. However, I was with a team of bankers in licensing who could not say the same, and I completely see why. I will summarize my review at the end as well. I understand that it is hard to encompass the entire material in the text. However, I kept finding that AD Banker was too vague when it needed to get specific, and yet somehow too detailed when it didn't need to be. I also understand that as we go along with each test, the "unanswered" questions would eventually be answered. For example, the jump from the SIE to the 6 helped make things such as mutual funds and variable annuities make a lot more sense. However, there needed to be an explanation there that these questions would be answered later on, so as to not confuse us or make us feel as though we're missing information. The wording on the FINRA tests was also completely different. there should've been more of an emphasis on helping us understand that the tests may look completely different. If some of these bankers were given a bit more confidence going into their exams, I believe they would understand that it is their ABILITY TO RECONSTRUCT THE QUESTIONS to WHAT THEY LEARNED FROM AD BANKER (use context clues, understand general themes, etc.) that would help them pass. In other words, less memorization, more interesting (challenging, but not difficult) questions. I would like to note that limiting us to an "Average" performance, penalizing us for taking more than 5 chapter exams is ludicrous. The staff at the AD banker virtual lessons were also useless. They wouldn't even answer any questions and the way that is done needs to be rethought. I didn't even bother going to them after the first two. Finally, I would give the bankers more time. Two chapters a day was ridiculous; part of why I was so ahead of the other bankers in licensing pertained to the fact that I only did one chapter a day. To summarize, there needed to be more of a system in place to give bankers the confidence they needed to walk in to that FINRA exam. This could've been done better by offering different wording and more challenging questions, most specifically in the case of the SIE. Bankers need more time to fully grasp the material. The virtuals are utterly useless, the staff were not engaging and REFUSED to answer questions. Did we have everything we needed to pass? Yes. However, this constitutes no more than a 2/5. I give AD Banker a failing grade, as I have seen it fail my peers around me.

This is only my second experience with AD Banker and i was upset that the required coursed that was set for me had one that was a duplicate and after going through the entire course and testing i find out that I still did not meet the certification requirements and had to retake a different 20 hours course. This really set me back with work productivity while having to use the time to complete 2 20hr courses in one month. Also, there are glitches in the P&C course that I took. The system would show a chapter incomplete even though I took the quiz and moved on. I finished the exam and passed but the system was still saying that I had incomplete chapters. Just want to make you all aware of these things so that it can be reviewed and fixed if there is one.

I studied with AD Banker for my crop insurance exam. I was able to learn the material provided, scoring high in the 90% each time. I failed my real crop test twice before I started to look for another preparation company.
