“I love the product. Customer service was somewhat lacking. My booties were too small. When I emailed asking for another size I was told I got the last pair. Fair enough. When I replied asking what my options were I got no response. Don't advertise "Right Fit Policy" if you're going to give up at the first hurdle.”
