“Been trying to gain online access to my account for almost THREE YEARS. The online site is not user friendly - in fact will give you panic attacks. You have to use an online form which is useless if you don't get the exact details correct. Then the staff on the phone cannot help - EVER. I live in the USA so calling costs an average $200 per time and they have not helped me find a solution. Resorted to writing a notarized letter, by FedEx and all I got was an acknowledgement of receipt. They are useless and costing me every time I try to communicate.What are they doing in those offices all day? Nobody there cares!”
