“We are generally pleased with the bath fitted by Age Care which was installed by a very carefull workman and with the door and electrically controlled seat makes getting in and out very easy. The downsides are that having a seat makes for a much narrower bath also the door latch could do with a lock as i have twice unintentially opened the door with my knee when washing my hair, with a lot of water leeking out”

“Very prompt very quick very efficient and very polite no mess at the end of each day and the bathroom (we got a wetroom) as my mum could no longer use the bath was amazing when finished. We got ours done in March and I am still very much in love with it. Best bathroom we have ever had.”

“We were completely satisfied with the service we received from age care bathrooms from the initial meeting to final snagging. We found them helpful, punctual, professional and polite with a “can do” approach when delivering the agreed bathroom alterations. The initial survey developed a design that covered our requirements and explained exactly the work involved, materials used, costs and time frame expected. Before work started the team were open to changes, answering detailed questions about the design and explaining if, how and when it these could be achieved. Communication was easy both by telephone and email. It was a pleasure to talk to people who you felt took a personal interest in the process. It showed an excellent standard of customer care and obviously all were technically on top of their game. We would like to name check some people but feel it would be invidious in case we missed someone as everyone we had contact with would deserve a mention. The team that arrived to actually refit the bathroom were beyond excellent. Ensuring we were consulted at every stage in the process. Skilled professionals and very nice individuals, they completed the work leaving us with a high specification room that looked as if it had come straight out of a brochure. We cannot speak too highly of them both as technicians and people. In conclusion everybody we had contact with connected to “Age Care Bathrooms” would receive a 10 out of 10 score. The finished bathroom met and exceeded our expectations, so again a 10/10. Having sampled their work we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants a professional, hassle free, good honest experience.”

“We are very pleased with our wet room . There was no stress all was ordered and delivered for us. There was plenty of choice. It was left clean tidy and all the rubbish was removed daily. The workman was brilliant very polite and courteous. It took 3/4 days to complete. The standard of work is exceptional and well worth the price.”

“Excellent company to deal with and competitive pricing. Had 2 bathrooms converted to wet rooms plus a small toilet. There were some problems with the small toilet otherwise we would have given 5 stars. We would use them again.”

“The owner became very aggressive and intimidating when I complained the bathroom was not completed as discussed with the surveyor they first sent. He got right in my face and said if I was not satisfied he would bloody well rip the bathroom out. I do not recommend this company on any level.”

“First of all let me say that the shower I had installed is exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with the product. I did however had some misunderstandings of what work exactly would be performed. However, the outcome was excellent though I was confused with the process.”

“Originally toilrt was not high enoughfor disabled husband. It was given a plinth and fitted, no charge. Toilet iscomfotable and the right height. Wlk in shower is fine. (takes a shower chair)”

“We needed our existing bathroom and separate toilet knocking into one, to make a wet room to accommodate my husband after having his leg amputated. There was another significant problem with this in the wall was supporting a large chimney. I contacted age concern and within a week plans had been drawn up and the work commenced the following Monday. It took just five days for all the work to be carried out. They worked from early morning until 7.00 ish Monday to Friday. The bathroom is fantastic and it has made bathing so much easier for my husband. I would and have recommended this company for their knowledge, professionalism and kindness during the undertaking of the works.”

“The guys that fitted my walk in bathroom from start to finish were100% Truly professional caring people. Planning was perfect , my special needs picked up and covered. The plumbing , electrical work, decorating flooring absolutely 1st rate. I truly couldn't fault them in any aspect of their work.I would 100% recommend this company”
