“Due to mobility issues for both myself and my wife we decided that the bath and the shower above it had to go in favour of a wet room. After some online research we found that Age Care Bathrooms had a Which Trusted Trader recommendation so decided to request a site survey and quote from them. From the off they were excellent responding very quickly with both survey and quote and a detailed plan and time scale of what was required. The installation date arrived and Age Care duly arrived on time and ready to go. Their fitters, Lee and Ben, were helpful, courteous and informative and very hard working and any disruption was really minimal. Any unforeseen problems were resolved immediately and all debris etc was completely removed. At the end of the day we now have a really lovely wet room that is so much better than what we had before. Thank you Age Care”

“Excellent company . My Grans walk-in shower was ordered and fitted in two weeks . David who visited to plan and go through the designs with us was so lovely and spent time talking us through it all and my Grandma who has dementia absolutely loved Lee the bathroom fitter she enjoyed him being there . It’s well worth paying for it to be done if you can because it’s a very quick process you know your elderly relative is much safer and you’re not having to wait a long time for social services funding . The shower looks fantastic and it’s very easy to clean and my gran can sit safely and use it with no worries . Thankyou so much both me and my gran are so happy and would highly recommend age-care bathrooms .”

“Lee was professional, highly experienced, very hard working and a friendly representative for Age Care Bathrooms. He informed us of every step and asked for our input to achieve the upgrade we wanted. Lee worked non stop. Most impressed. Finished early too but outcome was better than we could have envisaged. “Right from the start I felt that I was in capable hands. The team showed initiative when something unexpected turned up and always checked with me during the installation to make sure that everything was just right for me. The office staff were good too ensuring that everything was going OK. I would certainly recommend Age Care Bathrooms as I now have a wonderful level access walk in shower.”

“Age Care Bathrooms are fantastic. They converted an ensuite bathroom into a wetroom for my disabled wife. From initial cosultation to fitting they were excellent. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would strongly recommend them to others. They were quick from initial enquiry to fitting - really friendly professional fitters. We had slight problem with drainage shortly after fitting. They came out the same day and fixed the problem - which it turned out was not related to their work but to a blockage on council land outside. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected of them. Just brilliant.”

“As dad physical health needs changed , we decided to revamp his bathroom to suite all his needs . In my search i came across a company called Age Care Bathrooms . I have to say from start to finish they were fantastic . Their consultation to installation was amazing . No job was too small for them . They looked after my dad very well . I couldn't fault the fitters and they came up with some ideas which i didn't think of . So their expertise and knowledge was invaluable. Dad bathroom was completed in February '25 and made great use of it ,throughly enjoyed and able to feel comfortable and most importantly safely too. It also gave me reassurance too . Sadly, my father passed away back in January '26 and seeing his bathroom gives me great comfort knowing that he enjoyed his bathroom . Thank you Age Care Bathrooms .”
