“Was meant to receive order on 30th December. Half arrived on 9th January. Still not received the other half or have any idea if/when it will arrive.”

“Ordered one item and they got it wrong! If I'd placed a large order then I could;ve expected them to get something wrong, but one item? So now I have to post it back and wait for a refund. Won't be using this outfit again!”
