“This service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From the first phone call and email exchanges to the day of the move there was excellent communication of what was going to happen. The two men who moved my Dad were outstanding getting him from an upstairs bedroom, down internal stairs with a 180 degree bend, down external stairs on a mechanical chair, into the ambulance and across the country like it was easy. The whole team made the most difficult of days run smoothly with their friendly, professional capability. Can’t thank them enough!”

“I normally accompany my father to his hospital appointments but, on this occasion, I had the flu so was unable to go with him in the Alliance WAV. However, I was confident that the WAV crew member would take good care of my father. And he did. For which I am very grateful.”

“The receptionist in the Glasgow office couldn’t do enough for me . She was super anxious to help and so friendly she made booking a very pleasant experience. Likewise the ambulance crew were even a little early and most helpful in every way.”
