“Ambulance arrived on time. I got a phone call first as a courtesy. Very well received. The two lads (paramedics, I assume) got mum ontowheel chair for the journey from her flat to a care home as she now needs more care and has developed dementia. Totally happy withe the experience, except for that lad riding in tthe back with mum and I, said" Oh is this you leaving here for good" not great as mum became a bit agitated and confused at this point as she doesnt really know whats happening . Better to keep chat to general than this”
