“ I have used Alpha Batteries frequently in the past and have always found them professional and efficient in their distribution. This time however I was disappointed to find that the battery I requested had been substituted for a similar but not so proficient model. To be fair to Alpha they did refund me the £20 difference in price but I would have preferred to have been consulted beforehand ”
