“The content is brief, the webinars are just repetition, and the Plus modules are just self-exercises. There are typos in the course and an error in calculating the score on one of tests. Overall, there is some value, but the value is not equal to the cost. At the cost of this course, I would expect a professional-level e-course.”

Thank you for taking the time to review the course. We are surprised by the feedback which isn't reflective of the general consensus from hundreds of happy customers. We haven't had any reports of technical issues with scoring but will double check on this.
We are always open to feedback and keen to know if there are things we can improve. Again, no-one has reported typo's before, so we will thoroughly look into this.

The reason I have not given 5 stars is that for the Foundation Award course some of the voice over narrative did not work as intended. There were occassions where the narrative would stop before finishing, and some screens the narrative would begin while hovering over sections which didn't work in conjunction with the general text that was being narrated.
I would still recommend the AMA and I will be booking the follow up course soon.”
