“Honestly, hearing my horror book come to life as an audiobook was pretty cool. Bryan at American Book League helped with the audiobook publishing for Audible and Amazon, and the whole thing went smoother than I expected. The narrator’s voice was a real game changer for the creepy vibe of the story. It just hit different when I heard the scenes read aloud. “The ghostwriting process was honestly much more enjoyable than I expected. At first, I was a little worried that my ideas might get lost or that the book wouldn’t sound like me. But after each meeting, I felt more confident because they really took the time to understand what I wanted. They listened to my thoughts, asked questions when something wasn’t clear, and made sure the important details stayed in the story. I also liked that they didn’t try to change my ideas just for the sake of it. The final manuscript feels natural, sounds like me, and really matches the vision I had for my book. Overall, it was a much smoother experience than I expected.”
