“I hired them to redesign my online store after customers kept complaining about checkout problems. They fixed the cart flow and reduced the number of steps to purchase. One payment button stopped working briefly after launch, but support handled it pretty quickly.”

“The redesign made a bigger difference than I expected honestly. Customers had been complaining that our old site was confusing, especially on phones. A few buttons were linked incorrectly after launch, but their team corrected everything pretty quickly once I pointed it out.”

“John is a rare find. Our old site was a nightmare on mobile, but he rebuilt the whole thing from scratch. It’s snappy, the navigation is intuitive, and our bounce rate has dropped significantly. It’s nice to have a site that finally works hard.”
