“I purchased their book publishing service…..The whole experience was a joke….they cannot spell….they do not know punctuation ….the illustrations were horrible….missed 3 dead lines…given the complete run around over and over….have asked for my money back several times to no avail…..A COMPLETE SCAM…. DO NOT do business with these people…..they know absolutely nothing about publishing a book…sloppy…unprofessional…liars…Chris Arthur….Anna Jackson….Lee White….Ralph Holden….I’m sure these are not their names but they’re the ones they gave me….a complete joke of a company….I haven’t gotten a refund after asked multiply times…in the terms if not satisfied 100% before going to print money will be refunded. Haven’t seen a dime….started this process on 10-28….BE AWARE …..”

“Not sure if this is a legitimate company! I purchased their book publishing service, with assurances that they have a 100% money back guarantee. Right away it was obvious that they were not specialized in formatting books. They ruined my manuscript. They made such basic errors, from lines being cut off half way, the name of reviewers were placed on the first line of the next reviewer's statement, pictures were on one page, their captions on another page. I was so horrified that I asked for my money back so that I hire another company. More than 2 months later, they have been playing me, promising to call me back or having this person call or another person call. The workers have accents but they give English names, and several have "Taylor" as last name. They have jipped me from my money it seems. I will contact Consumers Affairs. This is a horrendous company that plain abuses its customers. At least that was my experience with them. All I wanted was my money back as advertised because the company did not have the know how to meet my standards. They even hang up the phone on me. This has been a terrible experience.”
