“I recently made a purchase from ANOQUE, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Shortly after placing my order, I received a notice that it was flagged as high risk. To my surprise, ANOQUE requested highly sensitive personal information including my ID, address, and even a photo of my bank card to verify my purchase. This request felt excessive and raised concerns about the safety of my data.
Despite already paying for the product, my messages to support have gone unanswered for over 24 hours. What’s worse is that it has now been over 8 days since the order was unfulfilled, yet I am still waiting for my refund. I find it unacceptable that ANOQUE would delay processing a refund in a scenario like this, especially after withdrawing the order themselves.
The lack of communication and transparency from ANOQUE has eroded my trust. If you’re considering purchasing from this website, be aware that you may face similar issues with unfulfilled orders and poor customer service. Until ANOQUE can demonstrate better customer care and a secure, reasonable process for handling orders, I cannot recommend them.”
