“Deteriorating customer service and a ‘in and out’ service approach. (More services completed in a day, more $$$) . Had ‘services’ on my pool completed in less than 15 min……(fancy electronic reader on my pool pump still said ‘salt low’ 24hrs AFTER a ‘service’…..Mmmm”

“Leaked a fair bit in the post. Also the lid was secured with stick tape when it was shipped. Because it leaked the stick tape removed all the instructions on the bottle. This bottle is not appropriate to ship via mail.”
