“ Brilliant after care service ,my coat was the wrong size ,this company left a phone number to call and ask I'd rather talk then type I called to see if I could swap it for a smaller size (yeah I know smaller size happy days ) checked first to see if they had my size in stock ,Kathryn was superb and talking me through the returns procedure,just waiting for my swap ,the company has kept me in the loop with all the delivery expectations plus it was free returns Happy days ”
