“Decent gold price but seems very fishy, purchased a test order of 25m to then be told I have to send them a picture of my id, the card used for purchase and also a hand written note. I’ve met identity scammers who need less info then these people require from you. Wont never trust this site”
“Bought from them for a whole, decided to sell some gold to them as I was in desperate need of cash to pay bills and buy diapers for my son. 21 days later, I am just now going to get my money from paypal. All these guys had to do was confirm the transaction on PayPal, and I had been in contact with them since I sold them the gold. They did not confirm it, and they would not. When I contacted a supervisor, he just gave me the runaround, and excuses on why they were having issues. Apparently they don't manage their own PayPal accounts, and have PayPal suppliers. 21 days and they could not get in contact with them? And when I asked for updates, supervisor was getting more and more rude every time, even though they dropped contact and ignored messages. If they can't even do the simple task of confirming a transaction, then they should not be in business. Always had good luck buying from them, but after this horrible selling experience, they will never have my business again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”
“Did a payment, they wanted photo I.D with a selfie, I refused this and asked for a refund, they said they would process it, then deleted the transaction and when i checked on the refund a few hours the accused me of scaming them for gold(even though i was asking about an update on a refund...) and said I made a HTML edit of everything... it was for $21 so things must be bad for them to scam over that amount, have screenshots and all and will post to google reviews”
“they are absolutely ridicules.. they expect you to give them id but will refuse to proof them self's to you and when you ask them how it respects there customers they get all defense then block or ban you from there page..”
“Used to use this site all the time. This review will probably be buried but whatever. Have been multiple times that I've had slow service with them. Most of the reviews on here are simply people writing 5 stars for an extra 1 mil, I used to do the same. Unfortunately the final nail in the coffin for me was tonight when I paid with paypal. I was redirected to a different site, had to register a new account, and when I finally paid I received a message saying they needed a government ID and a signed statement regarding my purchase. Absolute ludicrous. Will never use this service again. 1/5 stars.”
