“Absolutely shocking company to deal with ordered a couple of times with no issues then my latest order was supposedly delivered and signed for by me, which wasn’t the case. I provided doorbell footage and camera footage to prove no one was home and that the delivery wasn’t made as stated! I’ve been ignored and am out of pocket sadly won’t be a company I deal with ever again, buyer beware they say and that’s my advice to anyone who deals with these. Whilst I appreciate the delivery is not made by them it’s like they don’t want to resolve the issue, they asked me for all the proof I supplied and I even supplied more than they asked for to make a claim against delivery company but I’ve just been left. Messages ignored. My advice would be to shop elsewhere”
