“Quick delivery however part of order was wrong (wrong scent) and another item missing (bendy worm). Refund quickly issued, however missing item was a gift for someone so have to now shop elsewhere. Told that missing item is now out of stock, however still showing as in stock on website (at least 5 days after being told it was OOS). So be aware that their website is not as up-to-date regarding stock as it potentially could be (this is why I’ve given 3 stars, not 4)”
“Slow service - was not as fast as it claimed to be on the website. No one answered the phone when I tried to call. Someone did respond by email, but after a day or two - this option is not given in one of the questions below. Didn't make me want to purchase from them again.”

I'm so sorry your order was delayed, unfortunately, most of our staff were out after being pinged as close contacts and for one week we had slow service! We do acknowledge this and accept that it was totally unacceptable and not our usual standard. Sadly we were unable to work around this at the time.
