“Agree with many of the other reviews here, if I could give a lower rating, I would. Ordered nursery furniture (2 cots, plus mattresses, mattress for Snuzpod, rocking chair and change table - which arrived damaged) in October with an estimated delivery of the first week in Dec. I had to repeatedly chase them on a delivery date when they told me it would be delayed. It’s now February, my twins are due next week and I’m still waiting for the cots to be delivered. First it was issues with their supplier, now it’s issues with their courier and no one is available to take my call, responses to emails are ridiculously slow. I’m being told the courier will contact me with a new date and then nothing. I moved hospital apts etc to be at home today. To say Im livid and really upset by the experience is the biggest understatement. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE. I spent a lot of money and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.”

“If I could give lower I would, avoid at all costs. While the staff are lovely and knowledgeable, the service provided is beyond appalling. We were told that a final payment would be required 4 weeks before we wanted items delivered, we gave 8 weeks notice but the order was not updated on their end so here we are 13 weeks later chasing every person daily for updates and a resolve. Will be taking matters further here as they gladly took our money and are yet to complete the order or give us answers about it.”

“This place was just incredible - David showed us everything we needed to know. He was knowledgeable and actually recommended a cheaper product than we had in mind because it fit our needs better. I think this place is the perfect spot for people to look for their important buys for a a new baby girl or boy”

“Awful service. Ordered a car seat and money taken from my account. Contacted them 5 weeks later and they are unable to provide the seat and I can no longer source it anywhere else as it was discontinued in the five week gap. I rang and was told that accounts would have to contact me, they couldn't transfer me. I asked them to ring me to discuss it and they "couldn't get through" So have emailed my wish for a full refund which I will be keeping an eye on my account for.”

“I ordered a bugaboo product over the phone I was looking for it for months the shop kindly held it for a couple of days for me which I really appreciate. From start to finish coustomer services was excellent. Thank you babydoc”
